WHY DO YOU LOVE YOUR JOB:

Over the years, I have gone from knowing just the basics to now mixing, shaking, muddling and garnishing many hand crafted cocktails. Always looking to expand and increase the knowledge of newly designed cocktails. Along with knowing the taste and flavors of many liquors and liqueurs to craft into different styled cocktails and mixed drinks. Using that knowledge and ability to my advantage to sell and promote, increasing business and profit. Also keeping up with the inventory each time when starting and ending each shift. Making sure we ended with the correct number of bottles and accessories that we started with, all to have set and ready for the next night’s staff/events. Providing nothing but the best and respective customer service anyone has to offer behind the bar. And relocating to Vegas has given me the opportunity to really put myself to the test and give it my all.
